Report Domain Abuse

We don’t want any domain connected with Juicy Domains being used to harm people. If you’ve spotted a name registered through us that seems to be doing something unlawful or harmful, please tell us – sooner is always better.

How to Report It

Send your report by email to the address on our Contact page. The more you can give us, the faster we can act. Ideally include:

  • The domain name you’re reporting
  • A short, plain-English explanation of what you’ve seen
  • Anything that backs it up – links, screenshots, email headers and so on
  • A way for us to reach you if we have questions

What We Treat as Abuse

Abuse comes in many shapes. Common examples include:

  • Phishing sites, or pages pretending to be a real business or organisation
  • Spreading malware, ransomware or other malicious software
  • Scams, fraud and other dishonest activity
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Using someone else’s trademarks or copyrighted material without permission
  • Anything else that breaks UK law or Nominet’s policies

This list isn’t exhaustive – if something feels wrong, report it and let us take a look.

What We Do With Your Report

We’ll acknowledge your report quickly – normally within one working day – and then review it properly, in line with UK law and Nominet’s policies.

If we confirm abuse is happening, we’ll take whatever action fits the situation. That might mean contacting the registrant, suspending the domain, or passing the matter to the relevant authorities. Please bear in mind that legal and confidentiality rules sometimes limit how much detail we can share about the outcome.
